Nothing shouts Summer more than a lovely island escape at the Pemba Islands! It is one of the lesser known islands of the Zanzibar Archipelago, being home to just 400,000 people. This immaculate Green Island is a serene hideaway and you can reach there by charter flights or to Karume airport, serviced by Coastal Air, ZanAir or Auric Air. 33% of the populace relies upon little scope cultivating (rice, cloves, cinnamon, bananas, cassava) and angling. The coral reefs encompassing the island are sublime for snorkeling enthusiasts; particularly the Pemba Channel, with its great marine life. You can spot Marlins, Barracudas, Clown fish, turtles, dolphins, whales and even sharks.
Important towns are Chake-Chake (the capital), Mkoani , and Wete, which is the largest city. An adventurer in Pemba island can engage in visiting Misali Island, Kidike Flying Fox Sanctuary, Ngezi rainforest eco tour or enjoy kayaking and discovering mangroves by boat. One can also dive into its history at the Pemba Museum, Spice Farm etc. You might enjoy Zanzibar’s UNESCO-listed capital, Stone Town a couple of days’ before or after this beach retreat. Here, hotels like Zanzibar Serena Hotel, are set amidst exotic Sultan’s Palaces and ancient dhow harbours. Enjoy barefoot luxury in your beach suites at these award winning hotels like The Residence, Zanzibar, Baraza Resort, Zanzibar White Sands Luxury Villas, Zawadi Hotel, The Zuri & Park Hyatt.
However, there are only a handful of elusive hotels on the Pemba island like the Manta resort (with an underwater guest room), Constance Aiyana, Fundu Lagoon etc, so it becomes really important for Hotel General Managers to provide all the luxury design and amenities that an international guest deserves. You may choose to stay in a beautiful sea facing hotel room, a one bedroom villa or royal Arabic villas, with plenty of outdoor activity.
Hence hoteliers can simply change a few appliances while decorating new Hotel Furniture, with quirky and Tropical Ceiling Fans, when they renovate guest rooms after Covid-19 – one of them being Exclusive Luxury Fans by Luxaire, which has a whole host of Unique Fans for high ceilings. There is also a BLDC Designer Ceiling Fan inspired by this island, which is Whisper Quiet and a huge Energy Saver that exudes a sense of modernity, ideal for low ht ceilings. Whether it’s a Beach House or a Luxury Resort project, Luxaire has the best Designer Fans for the Hospitality industry.
