The bungalows in both Jammu and Kashmir are mostly colonial with high ceilings and people use Fancy Chandelier Lights and Long Pendant Lamps at the entrance and stairways. There are many 5 star hotels due to its popularity with Indian tourists, like the Radisson Srinagar and Radisson Blu, Welcomhotel Pine & Peak at Pahalgam, Vivanta Dal view and The Lalit Grand Palace. The Orchard retreat and Spa, Kolahoi green heights, Regenta central point, Hotel Royal Hillton, Fortune Resort Heevan, Heevan retreat Gulmarg are regional Boutique Hotels in the 3 & 4 star category. The older hotels tend to use more Colonial & Victorian Designer Fans in Wooden or Palm blade designs, or atleast few Resort Style Fans for partial outdoor areas.

New upcoming hotels can upgrade their interior designs with Exclusive and Modern Transparent Fans  having futuristic features. Also available are Energy Saving Luxury Fans for Villa homes and hotel guest rooms, if one requires unique products that are also eco conscious to reduce their carbon footprint.
