When can you cancel an order?
• You can cancel an order only till the time the order has not been shipped. Order cancellation will not be allowed after the shipment of the order.
Will a cancellation request have any implication on you?
• There will be no cancellation charges or processing fees for the customer upon order cancellation.
When do you get a refund for the canceled order?
• If the payment was by Credit/ Debit Card, we will refund the money in your Original Payment account. Typically refunds are processed between 7- 10 working days after the order is marked as canceled.
• Please note that we depend on the credit card issuing bank to ensure a refund into your account, which may take 30 business days to show up in your statement.
What happens to the order post shipping?
• Once the order has been shipped, you have to call Luxaire customer care helpline +91-9845293515 or write to us at info@luxaire to request cancellation.
• If a cancellation request comes up, we will try to hold the shipment but we cannot guarantee that the cancellation request will be honored.
Returns and Replacement Policy
How do I get a defective item replaced?
Product Damaged in Transit
In case the product you receive is in damaged condition, you have to call Luxaire customer care helpline +91 9845293515 or write to us at [email protected] within 24 hours of the receipt of the product, to register your complaint. The service team will examine the delivered product and if the product is beyond correction, we will collect the damaged product with all inbox accessories intact, so that you can be delivered a new product.
Product not working
In case the Fan is not rotating, you have to call Luxaire customer care helpline +91 9845293515 or write to us on [email protected] within 7 working days of the receipt of the product to register your complaint. Post a thorough check, we shall replace the motor, in case of a manufacturing defect. After the fan installation, there would not be any refund or returns accepted for any other reason.
Warranty replacements are limited to the working of the Fan motor, during the warranty period. Remotes have a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. Any electrical surge or wrongful controls of these Luxury fans can reduce the age of the product and may eventually burn its motor, and this is not covered under warranty.
Product Receipt and Acceptance Confirmation Process
Please ensure that you inspect the shipment as soon as you accept it from the courier. We request you to open the boxes and inner parts packaging carefully and store in a safe place,in case of any replacement. In case of any physical damage to the outer or inner packaging, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting a suitable remark on the proof of delivery receipt document. Luxaire retains the right to withhold refund/replacement of the damaged product if you fail to put a note about the nature of damage on the courier receipt confirmation slip.
In case of any damage to the actual product, you are required to inform the Luxaire estore customer care within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
Apart from the condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this Replacement Policy, viz:
• Any product that has been installed.
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
• Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial numbers.
